bug reporting tool broken

At the suggestion of AMDX2 I was going to submit a bug using the convenient problem reporting tool which you can access from the Feedback icon. Guess what?
The problem reporting tool is also broke. I verified this by talking to a Microsoft partner who said the problem reporting tool is bugged.
How nice. So much for letting the developers at Microsoft know about the things we find. :)

Must be a recent problem as bugs I filed using it a week or two ago are generating status emails to me (though I'm not an official beta tester (hint hint) so I can't log into Connect to look at them )
